Fiscal code and Vat PT504051407, license 06732/980107 of the Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Lisboa (registry office), share capital 508773,86 euros.

The information provided by our guests is processed according to our Confidentiality Policy.

The Americano Residence provides the following services of lodging:
Rent of single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms with or without bath at the Rua 1º de Dezembro 73, 1200-358 Lisboa, Portugal.

The prices given are per night and room and include Continental Breakfast.

Children up to two years have free lodging when in double room accompanied by their parents.

Payment will be made in our premises at the moment of checkout and may be done in Cash or with one of the following credit cards:
Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Dinners and American Express, as well as by ATM card.

The Americano Residence accepts the cancellation of bookings free of charge until 24 hours prior to the estimated date of arrival. Cancellation within less than 24 hours implies the payment of the first night in full.

If you estimate your arrival to be after 18.00 hours you must contact our services and provide the new estimated hour of arrival.

The present contract and additional premises are based on the Portuguese law whether related to national or international transactions, and all legal disputes which may arise between the parties shall be resolved by the Foro da Comarca de Lisboa.
